These warnings must be read prior to the use of my custom leather products. All firearms are potentially dangerous weapons. Great care should be taken when placing or removing a handgun from your C. RUSTY SHERRICK holster. Never place a loaded handgun in a holster without first testing it in a unloaded condition. It is your responsibility to exercise extreme caution when handling or carrying your particular handgun. Please refer to the handgun manufacturer's safety and instruction manual.

My holsters are molded to fit your specific weapon. The use of trigger shoes, grip adapters, or any modifications to the handgun may cause improper holster fit and accidental discharge. Any alterations to the holster or the use of a holster with a gun for which it was not made could render an unsafe condition. It is your responsibility to check for holster compatibility. Should any of my products become loose, broken, or ill-fitting, cease use immediately.

Please be certain that your weapon is securely seated in the holster before use. Keep your thumb on the back of the hammer or slide when inserting handgun into the holster; this prevents movement during insertion. During vigorous physical activity, the weapon should be held in the place with your hand to prevent it from dislodging from the holster. To be sure that my leather gear will properly retain all of your equipment in any type of situation, I strongly recommend a regular practice routine to properly deal with threat management.

All C. RUSTY SHERRICK products are sold as is and with all faults. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. Should the product prove defective following its purchase, the buyer, not the manufacturer and retailer, assume the entire risk of all necessary repairs. The implied warranties, expressed or implied, are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the product sold. The determination of the fitness or suitability of any product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer. C. RUSTY SHERRICK reserves the right to make changes in products built and/or sold by myself at any time without incurring any obligation to make the same or similar changes to products previously sold by others or myself.

As stated above, all products ore produced on a custom basis. Therefore, we cannot send any product on a trial basis. You, the purchaser, have 3 days from the time of delivery to inspect the holster/accessory produced by C. RUSTY SHERRICK, for manufacturing defects. After this time (3 days) we assume the product is satisfactory to you, the purchaser, and may not be returned. All item(s) that are returned, conditional to manufacturing errors, must be in unused and in as new condition. If there is a manufacturing error, we will of course replace or correct the problem at our discretion. Under exceptional circumstances, we may allow, (at our discretion), you the purchaser, to return the item for a credit, minus a 10% re-stocking fee.

Use an occasional coat of shoe polish and buff with a soft brush and soft cloth. This will restore the finish to a new appearance. Do not use any type of oils as this will soften the molding and destroy the retention of the holster.
